Custom Training Plan

As a Coached Athlete, you will receive daily workouts, specific to your race goals and constant feedback from me.  It begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current fitness level, goals and expectations leading to the development of a personalized program that will be monitored and and manipulated in order to give you the best chance to be successful in your journey.

Standard Training Plan

 

This is a great program for the athlete that is looking for guidance.  It begins with a conversation in order to assess how best to build the program around your lifestyle, training level, and training goals.  This will be followed by another discussion, explaining the program and how the training will help you reach your goals.  I believe in staying in contact with all athletes that I work with, so communication during your training should be expected

One on One Training
 
For people who aren't looking to race, but are trying to reach fitness goals, I offer an online training option.  Clients will receive daily workouts focused on your goals, daily email contact with me, nutritonal advice and videos demonstrating all exercises.
 
If you are a person living in the Greater Toronto Area, I am willing to travel to you to help you reach your goals.  Clients experience more than just supervision and instruction on proper exercise technique; they will be a part of a challenging, fun environment, develop a strong self image and be pushed to reach their true potentials.
